Which package did I sign up for?

No problem, simply sign in with your email address and password and click on ‘Account’ (Under your Subscriptions) it will show your membership type.

Can I switch membership types?

To change membership login to your account and switch package or contact our cellar by email at wineclub@davidhookwines.com.au or phone 02-49987121

What wines will be in my shipment?

The wines are determined just prior to each mail out. 

Can I choose the wines for my shipment?

The wines are chosen by our winemaker just prior to each shipment. We uphold our promise to send you the best and most exclusive wines we have to offer. You can also always add on any of your favourites!

When will the next package be shipped?

The first pack will be shipped when you join. Subsequent packs for The Vintage Club will be red wines on the 1st of April and white wines on the 1st of September, for Old Vines Club on 1st May and 1st October.

I will be away during my next shipment, what can I do?

If you will be away during the time of shipping, you can re-route your shipment to an address that will be able to receive it on your behalf. Simply log in and edit shipping details for the current shipment.

Can I change the address my wine is shipped to?

If you have moved or would like to permanently change your shipping address you can do this by logging in to your account and editing your shipping address.

If I have not changed my address details and my wine is dispatched to my previous address, will I be charged for re-delivery?

Yes, David Hook Wines accepts no responsibility for wine delivered to an old or incorrect address. Any charges associated with re-directing our delivery through Australia Post will be passed onto you.

Can I add more wine to my package?

Absolutely anytime. Go to our shop and start shopping or send me an email to wineclub@davidhookwines.com.au

What additional wines are available to me?

As a Wine Club member, you have access to more wines than anyone else. Simply sign in to the wine club to see available wines.

When will my credit card be charged?

Credit cards will be processed on the 1st of each month prior to shipping.

Can the courier leave my wine on my porch?

Yes we can, however, you need to inform the cellar by sending an email to the cellar at wineclub@davidhookwines.com.au

I forgot my member number… How do I find it?

Log in to your account and view it under Your Account/view and it will show in the right-hand sidebar.

Do I have to be a member for a certain length of time?

Yes, David Hook Wines request a minimum commitment of 12 months from the date of membership.

When I join The Old Vine Wine Club and buy a dozen wines, does this wine count towards my allocation obligation?

No, David Hook Wines will extend your 20% on the initial purchase when joining ie: if you join the Old Vine Wine Club in March you will be required to purchase again in April and October.

Can anyone use my membership to receive discounts?

No, David Hook Wines is happy to extend your discount to a spouse without you being present, no other person is permitted to use your membership.

I am done shopping. What now?

Within the site, you should see a cart icon at the top of the page, usually found on the right side. Clicking on this icon will bring you to the Checkout page, where you can check your items and quantities, and then proceed to Purchase when you are happy.

When will my items arrive?

Delivery times are between 2 to 10 business days depending on your address.

Can I track my shipment?

When we finalize and ship your order we will send you an email with your tracking number. Once you have the tracking number you can log on to the courier’s website to get an estimated date of delivery.

Problem with your delivered products?

If your order is faulty, damaged, is not what you ordered or breaches a consumer guarantee we will refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase.
